Most questions can be answered by visiting our troubleshooting guide, or checking our set up instructions

We have a support team to help you, but you will normally be able to fix most issues through the sites below

Getting set up
: start.limborevolution.com should be your first destination, it has videos on how to set up devices, as well as an excellent introduction on ‘living limbo’… once you’re on, what you need to do.

Getting help: care.limborevolution.com is your troubleshooting site, it has answers to the most questions we deal with, and fixes - such as lines disappearing, how to enter weight, and sensor errors

Troubleshooting bot: We have a new troubleshooting bot which will help guide you to the right answers, or raise a ticket with the care team. Please try this here.

On care responses, please note that we still have issues responding to yahoo emails with some bouncing. All emails DO get responded to, so if you haven’t had a response, and particularly if you have a yahoo email, please check your spam / junk folders or try WhatsApp as a follow up.
