When my line goes low, do I need to eat something?

Eat according to hunger and how you feel, not in response to your Limbo line.

This depends on how you feel, and why the line is low. If you haven’t eaten for a few hours and are feeling a bit weak or dizzy, then eat something - but don’t be tempted to have a high-carb snack, as that is likely to produce a blood glucose spike and then another drop.

But as we are all different, it might be that you are adapted to a naturally low blood glucose. If you are feeling fine, your line stays within the zone most of the time, and your line is a “rolling hills” rather than “jagged mountains” shape, then carry on and try to stick to your meals as normal.
