You’ll need our app to use the hardware and connect to the Limbo. Service. The app gives you a live dashboard of your body’s energy levels and how your body responds to food, sleep and other choices you have to make every day. But Limbo is much more than an app. There’s a powerful service underpinning it.

The secret to Limbo members’ success is partly in using the app to gain unique insights into what their body does and partly on the service that gradually coaches them into better habits and rapid transformations.
Limbo devices
Limbo comes with wearable blood glucose sensors – also called 'continuous glucose monitors' (CGM) – which allow you to see how your body reacts to food, exercise and other aspects of your daily life. In the box you'll also find a transmitter that connects the CGMs to your Limbo app.
