What does it mean when the line stays up out of the zone?

Your body is struggling to cope with carbohydrates.

If you have been struggling with your weight for some time, you may find that your Limbo line stays above the zone for several hours after a meal. This indicates that your body is not coping with carbohydrates well and can not bring glucose levels back down to within the zone.

The good news is that by avoiding carbohydrates you can give your body the chance to recover and be able to stabilise your blood glucose again. Several Limbo members have been able to do just this, reducing and even removing their need for glucose lowering medication.

While it's completely normal for Limbo members to start with high glucose, you may want to get levels checked by a doctor if you are concerned. CGM readings won't be as accurate as blood readings.
