You can calibrate your sensor first thing in the morning if you think it is giving the wrong readings.
Is your Limbo line way up in the red unexpectedly?
You can calibrate your sensor. If your line suddenly seems unusually high and doesn’t seem to be trying to come back down, your sensor may need calibrating. It’s an easy process.
But don't do this if you're in your first week of Limbo.
Have I got high blood glucose?
Some people have high fasting blood glucose (particularly those with a high BMI), which can come down gradually over the first few weeks of Limbo.
If you’re worried about your glucose levels, see a doctor. You mustn’t try to self-diagnose using a continuous glucose monitor.
For the purposes of your Limbo programme, the shape of the line matters more than the live numbers. Limbo will coach you into flattening your line.
How to calibrate
Do this first thing in the morning, in the fasted state, before you’ve had any nutrition or done any exercise.

- Scroll to find the Aidex sensor
- Press blue calibrate button
- Type in 5.5 (right in the middle of the WHO’s recommended range)
- Press yellow calibrate button
Here’s a video that shows you how to do it.
