Logging - What should I log on the timeline and when?

Everything! The more you log, the more engaged you will be with the programme.

Your biodata will log automatically when you are using Limbo devices or Apple Health connected devices, but we need to know what was happening at the time to be able to tailor advice for you.

This means you should tell us when you get up, shower, exercise, feel stressed, eat, sleep, drink and move! Take photos of what you eat and drink, and give us a short description (E.g. “Grilled chicken breast and green salad no dressing”), and log your activities as close to real time as possible.
