LISS heart rate - What should my heart rate be while I’m doing LISS exercise?

For a LISS walk keep your heart rate below 130bpm.

We recommend low-intensity steady-state exercise to optimise fat-burning without putting a big demand on your muscles in terms of recovery. This means keeping your heart rate at less than 130 beats per minute, or at a rate at which you can comfortably carry on a conversation.
