Are you within the zone but still seeing rapid spikes and crashes? That may be why you’re not losing fat. Anything that prompts the body to release insulin (i.e. consuming carbohydrates) will pause the fat burning process while the carbs are metabolised and/or stored, thereby preventing weight loss.
