If you're setting up for the first time, make sure you set up only through the Limbo app
A common issue is where members have downloaded the manufacturers app (which we don't use) to connect their Aidex transmitter and sensor.
If you've done this, you'll be unable to connect Limbo the transmitter and sensor.
To fix this, go into the Aidex app and disconnect the transmitter and sensor as shown in this video.
Now delete the Aidex app, restart your phone, and try connecting again only via the Limbo app.
