If you're having trouble pairing your new LinX sensor with Limbo, there are some troubleshooting steps we can take to resolve this.
1. Delete the sensor from your Bluetooth paired devices
- Open your Bluetooth settings
- Locate the sensor device with LinX in it (it will have a name that matches a serial number on the sensor box)
- Tap the "i" icon next to it, then choose FORGET THIS DEVICE
2. Check your Bluetooth connection
- Go to Settings and click on Bluetooth and make sure it's enabled and active
- Then go to Settings > click on Privacy & Security > Bluetooth > Make sure that Limbo is enabled (green)
- Restart your phone
3. Pair the sensor with Limbo app
- Enable Bluetooth on your phone
- Open Limbo and find the LinX sensor
- Try pairing the sensor again and enter the serial number (if prompted)
