I can’t log in to the app

You shouldn’t need to log in. Check you are using the same email you registered with, or try deleting the app and re-downloading.

You don’t need a password to access the app, so you should be able to open it without entering any details. If you are asked for a code, this will be sent to the email address you have provided.

Please note that unless your email address is registered with us, you will not be able to access the Limbo app, so you need to use the same email that you signed up and subscribed with.
