I can’t connect my Limbo band to the Limbo app

If you have a Limbo band and it's not working, check that its charged and bluetooth is on.

The optional Limbo band requires 4 hours of charging before its ready.

It uses bluetooth to connect, so ensure that your bluetooth is on (Settings / Bluetooth) and that you've given bluetooth permission for Limbo (Settings / Privacy / Bluetooth).

Set up instructions can be found at start.limborevolution.com.

If it's still not working, close the app, turn off bluetooth, restart your phone, turn bluetooth on and try again.

We don't provide support for other smart bands / smart watches, but check to see if your smart / band is connected to Apple Health, as that's where we get our data from as well.
