As well as weight, the Limbo smart scales measure your body fat, muscle and water composition. To ensure that these are measured accurately, weigh yourself at the same place and time of day each time, ideally without clothes.
The first time you use the scales, the app will pair your scales with your phone. Step on the scales to wake them up, and then gently pull up the handle at the top of the scale and hold in both hands like a handlebar. press weigh in on the app.
